Board of Directors Meeting

CALL TO ORDER:  Meeting was called to order at 12 noon, at the Spadra Restaurant by President Tom.

Secretary’s Report: Jahncke

• No report - no Minutes in Jahncke's absence.

Treasurer's Report: Don Ludwig

• $48,000 in savings at FCB, $8900 checking (FCB).
• $16,000 has been paid to community charities.
  President’s Report
A discussion of haveing a reserve fund for next year's concert was had.
Terris Grassi moved and seconded that the lunch fees be increased to $20 per week, Minard Seconded After a brief discussion, motion was passed.

Director's Reports:

Membership:   Bill Schenk
Paul Dudley has requested a 6 month leave of absence. Approved by board.


International:   J Richey
A discussin ensued regatrding International Service led by J Richey and Allyn Lean.

The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 8 at the Police Station, (237 E. Commonwealth Ave) at 7:30am.
