CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 7:35am, at the Fullerton Community Bank, 131 W. Commonwealth Ave by President Tom.
Secretary’s Report: Jahncke
- Minutes of the January Meeting reviewed and approved.
Treasurer's Report: Don Ludwig
- $63,690.722 in savings at FCB, $23,407.71 checking (FCB). Account at F&M is closed.
- Approximatley 20% of club members are slow payers.
- Checks remitted frequently do not show Invoice number, and are difficult to process.
President’s Report
- Concert update - VIP seats are sold out; Positive feedback on the new venue; unfortunately, the Fab4 will be at the Grove 2 weeks after our event.
- Concerts seats will NOT be numbered - they will be marked by Row and Left or Right. $125 per seat, including dinner.
- The charitable recipients for the concert proceeds have been selected: Assistance League, Child Guidance Center, YMCA, and YWCA. These were selected from 9 applicants. None of the selected 4 are repeats from last year.
- The District Conference is scheduled for February 22-24. Sunrise Rotary is spearheading the Friday hospitality center. Looking to setup 4-6; party starts at 6pm, with takedown 10-11pm.
- April 2 will be a joint club meeting (all 3 Fullerton Rotary Clubs) at the Elks lodge. $16.50 for lunch. Greg Wilborn of Summit Catering will be providinge foor (Not The Summit House.)

Jim Williams presented Marty Burbank as a proposed new member for publishing. Approved by Board.
Coins need to be rejuvenated.

March 20 is scheduled for Poker Night.
Wimer is setting up a Newport Harbor Raft-up in September. Claud Jones & others to bring boats.
Mathy's Super Bowl party was a resounding success. - International: J Richey
India Deaf India project is going again.
International Convention in Los Angeles with June 16 as an evening in Fullerton. Use Amtrak to bring guests to Fullerton - return via bus.
Meet at Arboreteum - on to Bob Clark's house for dinner.
50 Rotarians (with spouses), plus 50 delegates (including wives) to be invited.
- Vocational Service: Minard Duncan
Information is being put together for the District Award book.
Lutheran Church is looking for support for their food to the homeless program. Check to see if we have any Lutherans in our club.
- Randy McFarland - this is his last year to do the books.
